As you may by now have noted, our course content is hosted on a third-party platform, as with most online educational content. QLTS School’s chosen administrator is Litmos which is widely recognised as a reliable and robust platform with millions of users worldwide.
While technical issues which affect the user experience are rare, we have found that when such issues do occur, Litmos resolves them as quickly as possible. However, on very rare occasions, Litmos may inevitably experience short periods of downtime.
As part of our commitment to your learning experience, and to ensure continuity of access, QLTS School has created an alternative platform that will be available should Litmos experience any significant periods of technical issues which are beyond our control.

Please note that backup links will only become active if Litmos is not available for more than two hours. Once Litmos becomes available again, the backup access will be blocked for security reasons, and users should resume using Litmos.
