This Intellectual Property & Copyright Enforcement Policy (the “Policy”) explains how QLTS School monitors and enforces compliance with the intellectual property and copyright obligations as set out in the Terms and Conditions of the Course (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Candidates entering the legal profession are expected to comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of QLTS School materials also constitutes both a contractual breach and a copyright infringement.
Per the Terms and Conditions:
Online materials are generally not downloadable or printable, except where expressly permitted by QLTS School.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions:

These measures are used solely to enforce contractual and legal rights.
Where a breach of the Terms and Conditions is identified, QLTS School may exercise its contractual rights, including but not limited to:
This Policy does not expand or limit those remedies.
As a major legal education provider, QLTS School is aware of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) concerns regarding conduct involving dishonesty, misuse of materials, and improper communications.
The SRA has advised that individuals who engage in such behaviour may be regarded as lacking the integrity and honesty required of those seeking admission to the legal profession, as such conduct risks undermining public confidence in the profession.
Candidates should therefore be aware that serious or deliberate misuse of QLTS School materials — including unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or conduct involving dishonesty or deception — may raise issues relevant to professional standards and character.
QLTS School does not determine regulatory outcomes and does not act as the SRA. However, where conduct gives rise to legitimate concerns regarding integrity, honesty, or compliance with professional standards, such matters may be reported to the SRA.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their conduct, both during their studies and beyond, meets the standards expected by the SRA and other relevant professional bodies.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Questions regarding permitted use of materials or IP compliance should be directed to IP@qlts.co.uk.
